# Starships

## Empowering holders of their assets

You start off with an SFT: they are all identical but also different. Later your asset can be customized, this allows holders to create truly unique NFT. With Starminers, you have the power to personalize your NFT attributes like strength, speed, and defense of your asset, turning them into one-of-a-kind Spaceship.&#x20;

In other words, **you have control** over the distribution of statistics and thus your strategic approach to our ecosystem. This is immutable from a third party and **stored** on the blockchain. Once you have made one or more upgrades, you can view your statistics directly in **Phantom Wallet** and marketplaces like **MagicEden**, **Tensor**.&#x20;

## Starship Baselevel

All your freshly minted ships are by definition **Semi-Fungible Tokens(SFTs)**. Each starts with a **power statistic of 1.**&#x20;

Users can then level up their Starship by burning **$STAR,** each upgrades increases the Starship Baselevel, as well as the amount of **$STAR** needed.

## Starship Attributes

Upgrades unlocks the spectrum of customization options for token holders. With an expanded set of attributes and parameters, creators can delve into personalizing their spaceships :

1. **Power**
2. **Stock**
3. **Luck**
4. **Speed**
5. **Thrust**
6. **Shield**

> ***Note:*** Each spaceship in the game starts with 100 HP at the outset. This HEALTH will be utilized once the arena is deployed, as indicated in the [Roadmap](/starminers-whitepaper/roadmap.md).
